The exercise ball is very useful for developing balance.Because it is an unstable base from which to work, almost any exercise involving a ball uses a wide range of supporting muscles.Simply sitting on the ball, for example, places you body in an unstable position, making your leg and abdominal muscles to contract to maintain balance. If you are concerned about falling and injuring yourself,it is also possible to but balls and half balls with flat bases or supports.
try sitting on a ball with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Lift your arms to the sides to help with your balance. If you feel stable in this position slightly lift one leg off the ground. If you still feel confident, try bouncing a little.
